Constructii Bihor, a construction company based in the north-western Oradea city, posted turnover worth 46 million RON (13.8 million euros) last year, up almost 45 percent against the previous year.
Constructii Bihor reported net profit worth 4.5 million euros last year, twice as high as in 2006, according to preliminary financial data sent to the RASDAQ market, Ziarul financiar reports on March 3.
The company’s revenues saw an over two-fold increase last year, and reached 57 million RON, while expenditures went up 50 percent to 51.8 million RON. The company’s majority shareholder is an individual, Vasile Ghilea, who holds 52.54 percent of shares. Shareholders also include STK Emergent fund – 25.01 percent and The State Assets Resolution Authority (AVAS) with 2.51 percent.
