Asesoft Distribution intends to reach a turnover worth 135 million USD in 2008, by almost 30 percent higher than in 2007, a Company’s release says.
It posted a turnover worth 104 million USD in 2007, by 44 percent more than in 2006.
Asesoft Distribution announced on Tuesday it bought 50 percent of Combox Delivery, a company supplying peripherals, media and components manufactured under its own trademark, and other PC accessories.
Asesoft Distribution’s clients number 1,000 active resellers and it is an important supplier of the local retail network. The Company’s portfolio includes a wide range of top IT products made by AMD, Asrock, BitDefender, Delux, Elixir, Flybook, Galaxy, Gigabyte, HIS, Horizon, Innovision, Intel, Kingston, Kingmax, LG, LITE-ON, Maxtor, Microsoft, Miyako, PQI, Princeton, Samsung, Seagate, Sony, Western Digital.
Combox Delivery provides a wide range of IT products in Romania, through over 600 active companies and a retail chains. Combox Delivery was set up in 2004 and, it posted 4.5 million USD in turnover in 2007, and it plans to increase its turnover to 9 million USD in 2008.
