Asitrans became Euroins Romania through the takeover by Eurohold and as of June the company will officially use in all the documents the new name, reads a release sent to Rompres.
"Although the proper rebranding campaign ended, we’ll continue to promote the new name directly through our selling force – employees, agents such as brokers with whom we are working.
For about a year, all our agents told customers the story about new shareholder and our direct goals of development. In the upcoming period, Euroins strategy is focused firstly on direct discussions with customers for a complete and fair message, said Bogdan Stan, CEO at Euroins Romania.
For meeting the goals, Euroins Romania continues to pay special attention to the development of all distribution channels, including the alternative ones and the diversification of the offer.
Strategic partnerships with insurance brokers, within the win-win-win programme launched by Asitrans-Euroins, the opening of 50 franchises, development of agricultural insurance, these are only a few of the engines that will ensure the development of the campaign in 2008.
On April 29, within the managing board decided to increase share capital of Euroins Romania by 12.1 million lei so that the company’s share capital reached 36.3 million lei.
