Italo Romena Bank will increase its share capital by 4.9 million euros, according to a shareholders’s decision, which has been recently published in the Official Gazette. Following this move, the company’s capital will reach around 14.6 million euros.
Italo Romena Leasing’s shareholders are Italy’s Veneto Banca Holding (96%) and Emil Dan Stoica (4%). The company entered the local market in 2005 and was acquired by the Dutch Romanian Trading Group.
Italo Romena Leasing operates on all segments of the leasing market: auto, equipment and real estate.
Last year, the leasing market exceeded 4.9 billion euros, while players’ estimates for this year point to a one billion-euro increase. The largest companies on this market are UniCredit Leasing Corporation, BCR Leasing and Porsche Leasing.
