Turkish company Ozer Construction will develop this year and next year three real estate projects totally worth 140 million euros, the biggest being a complex of apartments in southern Bucharest.
At present the company is unfolding the project Belleview of Sinaia (center-south) made up of two buildings of 344 apartments, from single-room to duplex apartments.
The investment exceeds 25 million euros and the company’s officials say they have so far sold 40 percent of the project.
Besides the Sinaia-based investment, the Turkish company also announced the development of other two real estate projects in Bucharest, totally worth 15 million euros.
This year the company will invest 15 million euros for the construction in Aviatiei area (Bucharest’s central area) of a luxury residential complex, which will include two four-story buildings with about 150 apartments. The works will start in September and will last for 18-20 months.
The second project of the company will be developed in Bucharest’s southern area in Berceni district following an about 100-million euro investment.
The project is underway as the exact number of apartments hasn’t been established yet. The project will unfold on an area of 11 hectares, whereas the built area will range between 100,000 and 150,000 square meters. The beginning of the works was announced for next year.
Ozer also contributed to the construction of office building America House and Bucharest Mall.
