Romania's National Employment Agency (ANOFM) will be carrying out this September 206 professional training programmes, free of charge, for the unemployed, ANOFM reports in a press release.
County employment offices and the Bucharest Employment Office will conduct the training programmes for 4,007 unemployed people, at their own training centres, at regional adult training centres and at offices of authorised professional trainers.
The trades and qualifications in which most of the unemployed will be trained are sales (416); data processing (330); animal breeding (244); waiting (172); structure building (160); computer and electronic network operation (156); plant growing (142); English language communications (139); cooking (134); masonry and stone-working (132).
The employment offices' offerings also include training courses in accountancy; project management; upholstery; massage; plaster wall and ceiling making and installation; German and Spanish language communications; hair styling, manicure and pedicure; iron and concrete working; joinery; sweets and pastry making; industrial manufacturing; webpage designing; construction finishing works; labour inspection; security; wood and parquet mounting; butchering; human resources inspection; room service; leather working; tourist pension management; aluminium and plastics joinery; bathware and gas installation; asphalting; beautification; meat and fish processing; painting, dying and plastering; wall papering; soldiering; textiles manufacturing and assembly; hotel servicing.
Most of the courses will be conducted in the counties of Dambovita (14);Olt (13); Brasov, Galati and Gorj (11 each); Mures and Vaslui (9 each), and Arges (8 each).
