Budget revenues exceed 10 billion lei in first 19 days of August

The budget revenues in the first 19 days of August totaled 10.053 billion lei, 44.70% more than in the same period last year, when they stood at 6.947 billion lei, data on the site of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) read.
 
The total revenues of the state budget, including sums for the local budgets, rose 53%, compared with the first 19 days in August 2007, amounting to 6.086 billion lei.The budget of the National Single Fund of Health Insurance, the budget of the State Social Security and the budget of Unemployment Insurance went up 38.6% in the said period, to 3.7 billion lei.
 
The revenues to the local budgets declined 11.93% in the first 19 days this August, to 265.37 million lei.The budget revenues collected in the first seven months this year stood at 90.624 billion lei, or 35% more than in the same period last year.
The revenues to the state budget amounted to 57.39 billion lei, up 37.82% from the same period in 2007.
 
The budget of the health insurance, the pension budget and that of unemployment insurance reported revenues worth 29.33 billion lei, up 34.8% in the first seven months this year from the first seven months last year.
The revenues of the local budgets totaled 3.899 billion lei in the first seven months this year, 9.09% more than the sums collected in the same period last year.
