Romanians buy holiday apartments in Bulgaria worth over 3.76 million euros

In the first eight months of the year Romanians bought through the website, holiday apartments on the Bulgarian coast of the Black Sea, totally worth 3.764 million euros, that is a surge of some 348% as against the same period on e year ago, the company’s CEO Andrei Muresanu told.
The most acquisitions were made in the resorts of Golden Sands, Balchik and Sunny Beach.
“The prices of brand new luxury apartments, despite being on the rise, are three-four times lower than in Mamaia (resort on the Romanian seaside). The most expensive apartment was bought by a dweller of Bucharest who works in the field of construction of office buildings. He bought a duplex five-star penthouse covering an area of 316 square metres, in a new -star aparthotel, situated 30 metres from the sea in Golden Sands resort, for 228,000 euros,” said Muresanu.
Andrei Muresanu said that by mid-August, 73 Romanian nationals bought luxury apartments on the Bulgarian coast of the Black Sea.
