As much as 620 mln. euros invested in two mountain resorts
At Secaria, 60 km from Ploiesti and 8 km from Comarnic, on an area of almost 70 ha, businessman Florin Anghel aims to build from scratch a tourist resort.
The overall investment amounts to 120 million euros. About 20-25% of investments will come from own sources and the remaining from banking loans.
The houses will be built on stratified wood structures produced in the plants belonging to the group of companies Fibec in which Florin Anghel holds a third of the shares.
The new resort will also have commercial spaces. The construction of a swimming pool and a skating rink is set to be constructed in 10 years.
Another project on Prahova Valley, Silver Mountain, worth over 500 million euros belongs to businessman Dan Fischer.
The complex will be located at 12 km from Brasov (center) near Poiana Brasov and will have a heliport, the company of brokers of real estate loans CreditLink informs on its web page.
According to the initial project, company INR Management Real Estate will build a leisure complex with 612 apartments, 15 luxury villas, a golf course with 18 holes and 5 tennis courts.
