Studios and apartments at prices that start from 41,000 euros, villas and holiday houses starting from 99,000 euros, wooden houses, alternative constructions and plots of land with 50 percent discount are on offer at the 9th edition of the National real Estate Fair (TNI).
Held between May 7th and 10th at the Parliament Palace, the event is aimed at easing the meeting of those who operate on the real estate market, such as developers, real estate agencies and financial and banking institutions.
As many as 100 exhibitors will display their offers and visitors will have the opportunity to compare on the spot offers from the Prahova Valley, the Black Sea Coast as well as Spain and Bulgaria. As compared to the February edition of the fair, the real estate offer is by 42 percent larger.
TNI will bring together developers who are determined to adapt the offer to the buyers’ needs. The direct negotiation between constructor and buyer will normalize prices. Discounts and bonuses in the shape of cars or VAT cuts are making the offer more attracting. For instance, in the case of signing a pre-contract with the American Village Company, the buyer also gets a Ford Fiesta car for free.
A first at the fair would be the participation of companies that come up with alternative construction technologies.
As regards financing solutions, the offer is diverse in the case of both banks and developers. A larger number of transactions have been registered recently, which proves that the financial blockage has been exceeded.
