Electoral battle at Romanian public television and Romanian public radio
The Romanian public radio set the time spots for the electoral campaign for the Euro¬parliamentary election of June 7, with PD-L, PSD, PC and UDMR having the biggest number of minutes.
According to Radio Romania Actualitati (News), PD-L, PSD, PC, PNL and UDMR will benefit from ten minutes per edition in the electoral broadcasts aired, while PRM, PNT-CD, the Civic Force, Elena Basescu and Pavel Abraham will have allocated two minutes per edition.
The publlic radio said that its offer regarding the electoral campaign for the Euro¬parlimentary election includes electoral news, information broadcasts about the way to vote, broadcasts for the promotion of the programmes of candidates, and debates.
The parliamentary parties, the independent candidates and the non-parliamentary parties will benefit, in the electoral campaign also from 1,500 minutes on the public channels TVR 1 and TVR 3.

During the electoral campaign, the Romanian Television will air electoral debates, spots and broadcasts for the promotion of the activity of the candidates through four of its six channels, namely TVR 1, TVR 3, TVR INFO and TVR International. TVR 1 and TVR 3 will air broadcasts of promotion lasting for ten or fifteen minutes and TVR 1 will have electoral space from Monday to Saturday.
