BVB: SIFs go down 3.63 percent
The quotations of the shares listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) went down on Monday by an average 1.06 percent, development measured by the BET-C composite index, while the shares of the Financial Investment Companies (SIFs) shrank by 3.63 percent (the BET-FI index).
Shares issued by 58 companies were traded on the BVB – Regular market, where 19 scored higher quotations, 4 stagnated and 35 went down.
BVB transactions totaled 9.44 million euros (39.23 million lei), while the RASDAQ ones amounted to 468,479 euros.
The BET index showing the evolution of the 10 most liquid listed stock on the stock exchange decreased by 1.38 percent, while the ROTX went down by 0.06 percent.
The BET-XT extended blue chip index decreased by 2.05 percent, while the BET-NG index of the energy and utilities companies having shrank by 0.44 percent.
The most liquid shares traded belonged to BRD with trades worth 6.67 million lei, SIF5 Oltenia with 5.3 million lei, SIF2 Moldova – 3.15 million lei and Erste Bank with 2.48 million lei.
