PM Boc: There are no exceptions in the pay law
Prime Minister Emil Boc on Friday said the uniform pay law for the public employees will be apply to all the public employees and there will be no exceptions.
‘We call the law a uniform one because there are no exceptions in it and, consequently, all those paid from public money will have just one pay law, without privileges and exceptions, as some or others would have liked,’ said Boc.
He explained that there was an opinion about including some exceptions in the law, but it was not voiced by the Government.
‘The labour minister was only a carrier of the message of those working on the drawing up of the law, but the Government’s stance is the opinion I have very clearly spelled out: there is only one law for all,’ said Boc.
