Romania is free to participate in all European energy projects, included the construction of the South Stream pipeline, stated on Thursday Prime Minister Emil Boc in a seminar on energy issues.
„Romania is free to participate in Nabucco, Constanta – Trieste and the liquefied gas terminal in Constanta (south-east) projects. As well, we are free to get involved in all the European projects”, said Emil Boc.
„The European projects also include South Stream, but this is also a strategy issue. We play a strategic role in each of the European projects and we cannot be sidestepped. The South Stream problem is for the time being in general terms”, the Premier also said.
