In this session, expected is the finalization of the debates to the codes of civil and legal procedure, as well as the forwarding of the reports to the codes of civil procedure and the activity of ministers Udrea, Iacob-Ridzi and Nemirschi.
At the start of the new session, the Gov’t is expected to assume responsibility on law packages which stirred controversies among politicians at the level of the public opinion.
At stake is the uniform salary law for the public employees, the laws on Education, the restructuring of the governmental agencies and the anti-crisis measures.
The deputies debated and voted, in a first session after the uninominal election, 631 legislative initiatives, of which 273 belonged to the government, reads a report of the Chamber, a document mentioning the rejection of five simple motions tabled by the National Liberal Party, PNL, together with the Hungarian Democratic Union of Romania, UDMR, and of a censure motion.
The report says that, from the 631 initiatives, 273 belonged to the Government, of which 199 bills for the approval of Emergency Ordinances of the Executive, 18 bills for the approval of the Government Ordinances, 56 bills initiated by the Government.
Registered were 358 legislative proposals initiated by the Government. Registered were 358 legislative proposals coming from the deputies, of which three have become laws.
The same report reads that on June 25, at the Chamber of Deputies, there still were 253 bills and legislative proposals, of which 21 on the agenda of the plenum and 224 at the standing committees.
