As regards Moldova, the head of state said that Romanian diplomats should know that the major effort is to convince Romania’s partners and allies that Moldova should be considered as part of the Western Balkans when it comes to future expansion.
„We have been insisting on that for more than 4 years, it’s obvious that the European partners have begun to understand the motivations and interests of the EU but also of Molova as far as EU accession is concerned.

„Our goal as regards the Republic of Moldova is to see it part of the EU sooner or later,” the head of state explained.
