WIzz Air increases number of flights from Cluj-Napoca

Wizz Air is about to increase the number of flights taking off from the airport in Cluj (central-west) heading to Rome and Paris, starting on October 25, reads a release of the airline on Friday.

Thus, the number of weekly flights to Rome/Fiumicino will increase from 4 to 7, which will mean people will be able to fly to Italy in any of the week’s day. The frequency of the flights to Paris/Beauvais will increase too, from 3 to 4 every week.

Wizz Air, which is the biggest low fare – low cost airline in Romania, and also in the Central and Eastern Europe, recorded more than 7 million passengers in the latest 12 months.

The company’s fleet is made of 26 Airbus A320 aircraft, operated from 11 airports in Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine and the Czech Republic.
