The investment in the showroom opened in the Baneasa area (northern Bucharest) stood at 700,000 euros. A new store will followed in January, to be opened in Constanta (south-east of Bucharest). In 2008 and 2009, the company sold 110 motorcycles in Romania.
Tariceanu also holds a business on the car segment, the car dealer Automovive Trading Services, which brought the Citroen brand on the Romanian market. The French producer Citroen opened an office in Romania too. The showroom is located close to the Citroen’s, covering a 2 or even 3 times larger surface. Both were built on the field of Baneasa Investments SA, controlled by businessman Puiu Popoviciu.
