Over 30 PSD MPs voted for the Boc Government

Over 30 Social-Democratic parliamentarians voted for the current Government formula, political sources told. At the joint session on Wednesday of the two chambers of the Parliament 55 absent MPs, out of which 17 from the National Liberal Party (PNL), 37 from the Social Democratic Party (PSD), one from the national minorities, others than the Hungarian one, were recorded.

On the other side, the PNL prime vicepresident Ludovic Orban said that there are two or three Liberal MPs who didn’t vote openly. “They are presumed to have voted for, but from 239 as they count in the Parliament now to 276 it’s a long way”, Orban said. The number of the PSD senators and deputies who voted different from the decision taken on Wednesday morning at the parliamentary groups’ sitting is to be counted at the level of the two parliamentary groups’ leaders.
