There were registered 204,708 students, to be tested in 1,411 examination centres, on February 15, 16 and 17. According to the Baccalaureate timetable, the evaluation of oral communication competencies in the mother tongue will be held between February 17 and 19. The total number of students enrolled is 9,228 (for Croatian language – 34, Hungarian – 8276, German – 758, Serbian – 29, Slovak – 74, Turkish – and 11 and for Ukrainian language – 46.). For the first time in post-1989 Baccalaureate, exams start during the school year and not after it is finished.
On Monday, February 15, there will be held the first session of the 2010 high school graduation exam (the Baccalaureate), with evaluation of oral communication competencies in Romanian language and literature (test A), informs a press release of the Ministry of Education.
