The purchase of the above-mentioned companies was performed through assignment and share exchange, by means of which Octavian Netcu became the fifth shareholder of The Gada Group. “I believe that the affiliation to a powerful international group, with an experienced management team and with a pan-European development, will stimulate the growth of the companies belonging to the group managed by me and it will provide new business opportunities, both in Romania, as well as in Central and South-Eastern Europe,” said Octavian Netcu.
The newly-established entity will be named Gadagroup Romania and it will take over the financial, operational, IT, marketing and communication services of all the three purchased companies. The Gada Group is one of the main medical equipment, technology and solutions providers in Europe, headquartered in London and working in Italy and Turkey.
The company mentioned before has over 240 employees and an annual revenue amounting to over 70 million euros. The main activity fields are delivery of equipment, devices and services for interventional cardiology and radiology, as well as specialized equipment and consumables for general surgery, intensive care, dialysis, transfusions and equipment and consumables for laboratories.
