Romania wants to open trade promotion centers in Moscow, Beijing, Cairo and Chisinau
‘I am certain that the experienced and efficient (Economy) Minister (Adriean) Videanu will promote this project in the Economy Ministry and we will be able to open the respective structures this year,’ said the foreign minister. He hailed the development of such trade promotion centers, within which the state’s competences, human and logistic resources will benefit from a direct opening to the business environment.
Baconschi also added that in his capacity as ambassador he had the opportunity to experience at first-hand the work carried out by some of the economic advisers whom he supported. He said 130 such advisers represent Romanian’s economic interests and added it was unlikely that these human resources should be supplemented amid the downturn.
