Bucharest stocks mixed at opening
The quotations of the shares listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) were up by an average 0.53 percent in the ten opening minutes on Friday, as measured by the BET-C general market index.
The BET-FI index of the Financial Investment Companies (SIF) slid 0.68 percent, while the main BET index reflecting the development of the 10 most liquid listed stocks inched up 0.81 percent. The extended blue-chip index BET-XT of the 25 most liquid stocks went up 0.03 percent, while the energy and utilities sectoral index BET-NG rose 1.47 percent.
The BVB liquidity totaled 161,528 euros; shares worth a total 21,133 euros were traded on the BVB RASDAQ market in the ten opening minutes. The most liquid stocks were SIF5 Oltenia, Banca Transilvania, SIF 2 Moldova, SIF4 Muntenia, Oil Terminal.
