Mazda continues to register increases in the sales volume on the Romanian market for the fourth consecutive month, with the number of traded units rising by 17 percent in September, compared with the same month of 2009, informs Mazda Romania.
As many as 668 Mazda automobiles were sold January-to-September, by 12 percent more compared with the similar period of the past year. The Mazda models which registered the highest sale increases in the first nine months of the year are Mazda2 with 229 units, up by 27 percent from the same period a year ago, Mazda3 with 252 units, a 19 percent increase and Mazda BT-50 with 20 units sold, increasing by 11 percent from the same period in 2009. The Mazda model, which registered the highest sale increase, is the new Mazda CX-7. During January-September, 112 units were sold, representing a 78 percent increase compared with the nine months of 2009.
