No less than 208 candidacies were registered for the administrator positions in the companies Nuclearelectrica, Romgaz and Transgaz, according to an Economy Ministry release.
For Nuclearelectrica, a number of 62 candidacies were filed, for Romgaz, 79 candidacies, and for Transgaz, 67 candidacies.
The candidacies were filed following the release in the domestic and international media of the announcement on sending the candidacies for the administrator positions in the three companies.
The Economy Ministry, through the Office of State Ownership and Privatisation in Industry (OPSPI), as public supervisory body, is currently conducting the recruitment and selection process of the administrators in the three companies, for implementing the provisions of Government Emergency Ordinance No. 109/2011, concerning the corporate governance of public-owned enterprises.
The Economy Ministry is assisted in this process by the partnership made up of SC Quest Advisors SRL and SC Transearch International SRL.
