Romanian Prime Minister Victor Ponta on Friday sent a congratulatory message to the Romanian Roman Catholic and Protestant faithful who celebrate the Resurrection on Sunday and wished them peace and joy; may the Holy Feast help us all be better, show more solidarity and more wisdom’, he added.
‘There will be the Holy Easter Feast for very many Roman Catholic and Protestant Romanian Christians. This year, the hope and the confidence in the future seem to be higher, since a new road begins and the spirit of the Resurrection gives us the chance to ponder over what counts most in life and to celebrate by the side of the loved ones. I wish everybody, wherever they are, at home or abroad, to have a warm, peaceful, joyful and full of hope feast’, Ponta says in a message posted on the Government’s website.
The prime minister voiced hope these days will find the Christians celebrating Easter well, by the side of their family and the loved ones’.
‘I trust the Holy Feast to help us all be better, show more solidarity and more wisdom. I would like these days to bring us closer together, to teach us the respect and tolerance we direly need’, Ponta said.
