Dafora, Chevron sign four-year drilling contract
Dafora, leader on the Romanian drilling market, announced the signing of a four-year Master Onshore Drilling Contract with energy company Chevron for onshore drilling services in the eastern area of Barlad, starting this autumn, informs a release sent this Monday to the Bucharest Stock Exchange. The contract covers drilling the required wells for Chevron’s exploration program.
Dafora’s F320 drilling Rig 14 will be released soon from an ongoing project and then undergo an upgrade program to fulfill the client’s requirements in terms of asset condition and performance, the company said.

Having a vast experience in oil and gas business, Dafora contracted most of the drilling works for the international companies operating in this sector in Romania.
