Foreign Minister Titus Corlatean will be heading Romania’s delegation that will attend the general debate of the 68th session of the United Nations’ General Assembly, Romania’s Foreign Ministry (MAE) reports.
Corlatean will attend the opening of the general debate and other high-level UN meetings, EU, regional and international ministerial meetings, bilateral meetings with counterparts from other countries, swell as meetings with Romanian international functionaries, representatives of the Romanian community of the New York State and representatives of Romanian-American publications. September 23-27, Corlatean will be meeting counterparts from UN member states, the chairman of the UN General Assembly, representatives of the main US Jewish organisations, members of the AMRO Romanian-American Business Council and the Romanian-American Chamber of Commerce (RACC).
The high-level segment of the general debate of the 68th session of the UN General Assembly opens on September 24 and ends on October 2.(Agenţia Naţională de Presă AGERPRES)
