The call for proposals aims to consult SMEs so that their proposals may be included within the legislative framework necessary for the enforcement of EU policies. The resulting opinions will be transmitted to the European Commission. Enterprise Europe Network Romania comprises chambers of commerce, financial and university education institutions, as well as the Centre Agency for Regional Development and other organisations. The project was started in March 2010 and is called ‘Panels – a two way communication RO EU’. The event that launches the project will be held in May and it will be followed by six seminaries that will consult SMEs at regional level.
Enterprise Europe Network Romania will facilitate access of SMEs to the new call for proposals session of the Competitiveness and Innovation Programme. The ‘SME Panels’ call for proposals, launched by the European Commission in 2009 under the Competitiveness and Innovation Programme is accessible to the Enterprise Europe Network member organisations, which ensure communication with the companies in each EU member country.
