Mixed evolution of BVB indexes in Wednesday’s session
Indexes of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) reported a mixed evolution on Wednesday, with the quotations of the listed shares having dropped by 0.38 percent on average, evolution measured by composite index BET-C, while the BET-FI index of the Financial Investment Companies (SIFs) went up 1.14 percent.
Trade on the BVB Regular main ring was conducted in shares issued by 41 companies, 26 of which recorded growth, 5 stagnated and 10 depreciated. Total BVB trade stood at 3.122 million euros (RON 13.278 million), while trade on the RASDAQ ring totalled 97,339 euros. The BET index reflecting the developments in the 10 most liquid stocks dropped 0.32 percent, and the ROTX index slid 0.24 percent.
The BET-XT blue-chips index of the 25 most liquid companies increased by 0.11 percent, while the BET-NG index of energy and utilities companies depreciated 0.22 percent. The most liquid stocks were SIF5 Oltenia, with dealings of RON 2.769 million; SIF2 Moldova – RON 2.236 million; SOCEP – RON 2.139 million, BRD – RON 1.153 million, SIF3 Transilvania – RON 1.108 million.
