The Tarom company on Thursday cancelled the Bucharest-Brussels round-trip flight, after the airport was closed due to the eruption of the volcano in Iceland, according to the information sent by the International Henri Coanda Airport at Otopeni, near Bucharest.
Tarom cancelled the Bucharest-Brussels flight that should have taken off at 5:20 pm and that should have returned to Bucharest at 11:35 pm. Four flights to Great Britain and Ireland were already cancelled on Thursday at the Otopeni Airport, due to the fact that the airports on the island had been closed as a consequence of the eruption of the volcano in Iceland.
